Deep Plate 230 Teck: The new Teck line of dinnerware is inspired by elements of nature – the beautiful trees of French forests and the distinctive “growth” rings that tell us the age of a tree. The organic shapes with their raised décor are both elegant and earthy. This line of plates and accompanying pieces invites creativity and whimsy to table arrangements and serving. The Teck line consists of various sizes of plates, plus bowls and cups, in 5 colors – White, Light Blue, Steel Grey, Bronze, and Honey. As with all Pillivuyt items, these pieces are extremely durable and chip-resistant. Since 1818, Pillivuyt has combined French elegance with exceptional properties in form as well as in function and strength. Durable and long-lasting but still in step with the times. Pillivuyt produces its own proprietary porcelain compound and as the glaze is fired at a very high temperature – up to 1400°C – the product becomes extremely strong and extra resistant to impact and chipping.
